For its third edition, Moga, the festival of electronic music and culture, is back in Essaouira on the 11, 12 and 13 October!

City of culture and miscegenation, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the legendary Essaouira captivates travelers and inspires artists. With an inspiring and rich past, this ancient Portuguese city became pacifist “hippie” in the 60s and delivers a haunting atmosphere. With its architectural and civilizational features, the city of Alizés resonates beyond its borders. Moga Festival is inspired by this legacy of influences to create a link between tradition and electronic cultures.

In the heart of the picturesque city of Essaouira, a wider program of activities will be offering the public through the MOGA OFF, MOGA X-Tras and MOGA Hotspots, in partnership with many cultural sites and emblematic establishments of the city.

As the souirie’s tradition by encountering cultures, and pursuing the creations initiated during its two previous editions, MOGA FESTIVAL will propose once again a residency between international electronic artists and traditional Moroccan musicians.

After having gathered more than 4 000 visitors during its first edition in 2016 and over more than 6 000 in 2018 around of artists as DJ Tennis, Ron Morelli, Mind Against, Acid Pauli, Agoria, Guy Gerber, DoP or Stavroz, MOGA FESTIVAL announces a new edition from 11th until October 13th 2019 to reveal the international avant garde musical scene.
